Inspired by the woods that surround my home, this series seeks to showcase the beauty of those small moments in nature that we often overlook.

This piece in particular represents the height of forest growth, when the greens and browns are their most lush.

Materials: Wood pieces, dyed freshwater pearls, seed beads, and semi-precious gems embroidered on felt, with elements of needlepoint felting using merino wool.
